I am pleased to inform you that LEMB will now be dealing with its Out of Hour (OOH) effective from 5 July 2021.
They will also take over the management of the estate CCTV cameras on 20 August 2021.

The Loughborough Estate has been identified as a potential pilot site Community Fibre to begin fibre rollout within the borough. This will bring superfast full fibre broadband to the residents, businesses and community spaces across the London Borough of Lambeth.

Renovation works carried out by LEMB on our Estate
Improvement works are being carried out on our estate such us: renewal of communal flooring, installation of new benches between Newark House and Edgehill House, installation of new benches between AshbyHouse and Hopton House, installation of new benches between Secker House and Nevil House, installation of new benches between Woolley House and Kettleby House and new LEMB Community Centre
