LEMB Out of Hours (OOHs) Rota - Effective Monday 5 July 2021
The duty personnel will assess the situation and authorise, Asher Brazier, who is our Handyperson, to attend to emergency repairs that cannot wait until the next working day. OOHs will include other emergencies that cannot wait until the next working day. Each situation will be assessed by the LEMB personnel on duty. If you cannot get hold of the duty manager with substantiated evidence, please contact the next duty manager on the Rota. Effective from 5 July 2021, Lambeth Call Centre will no longer be handling LEMB OOH services. I will let you know within 48 hours of any changes to this arrangement. You are to contact our OOHs Gas Engineers to report any emergency relating to boiler breakdown. THANKING YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION
