If you require an item to be collected from your property, you MUST contact the estate housing office first for details; we will charge a reasonable price.
Dumping rubbish illegally on the estate is classified as “Fly Tipping” which is a criminal offence. Anyone caugh "Fly Tipping" will be persecuted.
Fly-tipping and the law
Fly-typping cases are referred to court under Section 33(1)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 . Offenders can be:
- fined up to £50,000 in magistrates' court
- fined an unlimited amount in crown court
- given a community sentence
- sent to prison for up to 5 years
